I proudly teach at Stuyvesant High School in New York City. I am a Math for America Master Teacher. I am studying administration at City College of NY, CUNY. I have been teaching secondary school since 2003, first at the Dwight School, then at Stuyvesant. I am trained academically as a molecular biologist. Before I became a teacher, I spent 4 years as a postdoctoral research fellow at Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA. I received my Ph.D. and my Master of Arts in Molecular Biology from Princeton University in Princeton, NJ. I received my Bachelor of Science in Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge, MA. Before college, I graduated from Stuyvesant High School in New York, NY. Before High School, I graduated as the valedictorian of my class at Louis Armstrong Middle School (I.S. 227) in East Elmhurst, NY. I grew up in Elmhurst, NY. |
